R.C. Products — Return & Refund Policy

At R.C. Products we take pride in quality and devotion-filled craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled. Replace the placeholder contact details below with your final business info where needed.

Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly from our website and from official R.C. Products sales channels. Separate terms may apply for third-party marketplaces or retailers — please refer to the seller’s return policy in those cases.

Eligibility for returns and refunds
Retail customers may request a return or replacement for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product description. Please report any damaged or defective goods within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns (unopened, unused products in original packaging), we accept returns within seven (7) calendar days of delivery subject to inspection.

Opened or used items may not be eligible for return except when defective. Fragrance and perishability mean that once a product has been used, it is difficult to re-stock; for hygiene and quality reasons, such items are generally non-returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

Wholesale, private-label, custom or bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except for proven manufacturing defects or quality issues documented at delivery. Specially manufactured or customized packaging and blends are final sale.

How to request a return or replacement
Contact our Customer Support within seven (7) calendar days of delivery at conatct@rcproducts.in (or your preferred support address). Please include your order number, name, delivery address, details of the issue, and clear photos or video showing damage or defect. Do not return items before receiving return authorization from us.

After we receive your return request we will evaluate the claim and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return shipping and costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, manufacturing defect), we will arrange return shipping or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after approval. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs/duties for international returns. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Inspection & resolution
Returned goods are inspected upon receipt. If the item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement (preferred), repair (where feasible), or a full refund to the original payment method. If the item is not defective or fails inspection (for example, used without defect, missing parts, or outside the return window), we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund after deducting restocking fees or shipping costs.

Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we complete inspection and approval. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases refunds may be issued as store credit at your request.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you request an exchange for a different SKU, we will inform you of any price difference. Exchanges for replacement of defective items are prioritized and processed as quickly as possible.

Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge while they are pending (before shipment). Requests to cancel must be sent to contact@rcproducts.in as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible — please follow the return procedure after delivery.

International orders & customs
International customers should note that customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For returns from abroad, buyers are responsible for return shipping and customs clearance unless the return is due to our error. Refunds for international returns will be issued after the returned goods clear customs and pass inspection.

Damaged in transit
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery (if possible) and contact support immediately with photos of the parcel and contents. If you accept delivery of a damaged parcel, notify support within 24 hours and provide photos; we will guide you through the claim process with the carrier.

Promotions & gift returns
Products bought during promotions or at discounted prices are refundable according to this policy; refunds will reflect the amount actually paid. Gift recipients may return items per this policy; refunds for gift returns may be issued to the original purchaser or as store credit, depending on circumstances.

Warranty claims
For items covered by a manufacturer warranty, claims will be handled under the warranty terms. Provide proof of purchase and relevant documentation when filing a warranty claim.

Fraud, chargebacks & disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting our support team, we may require additional documentation and reserves the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks. Contacting support first speeds resolution.

Exceptions
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons — any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page. Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
